The Model 4004, 4 digit (-1999 to 9999) LED Load Cell Indicator is designed for mV inputs from loadcells, strain gauges and strain gauge pressure transmitters. The stable bridge excitation voltage includes sense feedback to compensate for line variations. The precision measuring front end circuit ensures high accuracy and stability. The digital filtering feature allows for stable displays in noisy systems. Options include programmable analog output, alarm setpoints up to four alarms, tare function, peak or valley hold, RS232/485 communications and more.

A feature of this programmable indicator / controller is the calibration method. The instrument can be pre-calibrated without load cell connections for zero and full scale values, and then on-site calibration can be done for deadweight offset and span calibration (single point test weight trim). The instrument meets European EMC directive 89/336/EEC and Low Voltage directive 73/23/EEC.

The Model 5004 is a 5½ digit (-199999 to 199999) version Load Cell Indicator. Digital filtering and programmable display increment allow for steady high count readings.
